The villa complex has an incredible ocean view infinity pool and the best place to enjoy a sunset in Potrero. Sunset Dreams Villa consists of 3 levels of living that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Upon entering, you will be awed by the massive handcrafted Costa Rican wood door and immediately be calmed by the designer finishes.
You will be greeted by the master bedroom and instantly taken away by the full ocean views. All bedrooms feature luxury Katé linens. The master bedroom has a king size bedroom with en-suite master bathroom with large walk-in shower featuring 2 shower heads while enjoying the marvelous ocean view.

The second bedroom is on the main floor with king size bed and balcony seating area and full bathroom. The second floor also provides a full size washer and dryer.
The lower level features a large room with an entertainment area and bunk beds that include two queen beds and two single bunk beds with a beautiful ocean view as well.

The third floor exudes relaxation and high end design featuring a large handcrafted Laurel wood dining table that seats 12 comfortably while viewing the new marina at Playa Flamingo. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with quartz countertops and high end appliances with a large walk in pantry. Enjoy conversation with family and friends in the sitting are provided off the kitchen. The third floor was designed with entertaining in mind with a large 130 inch projection 4K screen to be enjoyed by everyone. The third floor offers a full king bedroom (which can be divided into two singles) and en-suite full bathroom. Enjoy listening to the ocean waves crash while enjoying the patio off of the third floor equipped with a built in BBQ and seating for six.

The complex offers 24/7 private security and three parking spaces. The community complex pool offers family fun for everyone with an infinity edge pool that has you feeling immersed in the beautiful background of Potrero Bay. The pool area offers an outdoor sink, built in BBQ, full size bathrooms, dining table and lounge chairs. The villa is only a short 5 minute drive from Las Catalinas and Playa Flamingo known for the new luxury marina and world class fishing. The villa is perfectly located to drive and explore Tamarindo as well as visit Rincón de la Vieja, hot springs, volcanos, waterfalls, snorkeling, ATV adventures, surfing, and an amazing variety of wild life.
