Welcome to the "Mermaids Sunrise": where the mystical and nature’s beauty meet! This uniquely-designed two-bedroom, two-bath, 2nd floor end unit condo WITH AN ELEVATOR in Ocean Dunes gives you a beautiful view and experience of the Atlantic.

At "Mermaids Sunrise" there is plenty of room for you and your family of six. You'll have plenty of room to relax with the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas that lead out onto the spacious oceanfront deck. The main bedroom is also oceanfront with a Queen bed and attached full bath with it's own entrance to the deck. The second bedroom has two Twin beds and utilizes the second full bath in the hallway. A sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements. The unit is quipped with cable and Wi-Fi. Note that the fireplace is decorative only and does not function.

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. Ocean Dunes is located on the southern tip of Pleasure Island where you can find the unique coquina rocks that bubble up with fresh water. There is plenty of room for soaking up the sun or swimming in the cool waters.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the entrance door (doorbell camera).
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
