Perfect for game days, family visits, or group getaways, you’ll enjoy a spacious 2-story layout, large private parking lot, and prime location on East Texas Avenue just minutes from Louisiana Tech and Downtown. Modern comfort, privacy, and convenience make this the ideal short-term rental until July 2026!
Your Ruston home away from home! This 4BR/4.5BA duplex has 2 downstairs bedrooms with king beds and 2 upstairs bedrooms with queen beds, each with a private full bathroom. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs offers a cozy common space with study/work area. Parking is just steps from the entrance, making it easy to unload and settle in. Perfect for families, game-day crews, or group getaways!
Guests will have access to one side of the duplex (each unit is a 4/4.5). Will share rear private parking lot designated for tenants and guests.
Hosts will be available via phone or app messenger.
We built this duplex intended for students in both units, however it was not ready before school started in the fall. We have 3 students living in one side who are good, quiet boys. This other side is fully furnished and available for families, students, business groups or anyone looking for a comfortable, new space just minutes from downtown or campus.
