The main level of the home features a spacious kitchen with an island bar, a dining area, a comfortable living room, and a half bath. There`s also a dedicated office or den for quiet work or reading. The primary bedroom is located on this floor, complete with a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom that includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combo, perfect for guests or family.

The lower level is all about recreation and wellness, offering a fully equipped home gym, a game room with a pool table and darts, a bar and TV lounge, and another full bathroom.

Outside, enjoy the upper deck that overlooks a private pool and hot tub. There’s also a wood-burning firepit, plenty of sectional and lounge seating, and a grill for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

If something is damaged, please let us know right away. We value honesty and will work with you to find a fair resolution, whether the damage is minor or significant.

-Wildlife:
Our homes are often in rural areas, so you may encounter insects (bees, spiders, flies), small animals (squirrels, raccoons), and occasionally larger wildlife (deer, bears). Please be prepared for nature during your stay and remember they’re more afraid of you than you are of them.

-Power & Internet Outages:
Outages can happen in this area due to weather or other factors. Because they are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for these interruptions, but we’ll do our best to help you work around them.

-Weather:
Rain, wind, snow and extreme heat and humidity are possible depending on the season. Please plan your travel accordingly, as we cannot refund missed stays due to weather conditions preventing travel.

-Additional Guests & Occupancy Limits:
The listed occupancy applies to your entire stay, not just overnight guests. Any extra guests or events must be approved in writing before arrival. Unapproved gatherings or over-occupancy will result in immediate removal without a refund.

-Pools, Hot Tubs & Outdoor Amenities:
These features may be seasonal. If your booking is at the beginning or end of the season and you’re concerned, check with us to confirm availability.

-Mail & Packages:
You may have mail or packages delivered during your stay, but please ensure they arrive while you are present and are clearly addressed with your name.
