Just a few steps out the back door and you're at the covered boat dock with electricity for water activities. Work or go to school remotely? You're in luck with high-speed cable internet WiFi at this home! The private dock with boat slips provides exceptional access to fishing and other water sports seasonally. Access to power at the dock means you can recharge your boat batteries so you're ready for fishing each day!

• Guest Bedroom 2 = King Bed + Shared Family Bathroom + TV + Dresser + Fan

• Game Room 5 = Queen Sleeper Sofa + TV + Closet

Private boat ramp/launch or arrive by boat! Complementary use of the 4 Kayaks + 4 Standup Paddle Boards are provided year-round for our guests as well. Paddle 1/3 mile northwest to Doc Smith Island or 1/4 mile further west to Sandbar Island with fun sandbars to hang out on. See our own S.S. Minnow shipwreck just like on Gilligan's Island also known as the "River Queen". Hurry there before the TVA has it taken away... Then check out the open air river house further to the west along with the lake basketball hoop!

There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 3 vehicles with boat trailers with additional parking in the garage bay.

While lake levels vary October to April affecting use of the dock seasonally, the boat launches and lake use are available year around. Download TVA’s app for information on lake levels and other helpful information.

A deck for sunning, snacking or watching the kids play overlooks the boat docks and umbrellas for your comfort. The deck view looks out from the Master Bedroom overlook the water and dock, or enjoy the generous front porch or back patio.

The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped, and the great room design ensures even the chef is included in the conversation and fun. Table with seating for 8 along with 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Comfortable, new seating in the great room for watching the Smart TV apps or live channels includes sectional sofas. This home feels expansive and comfortable with vaulted ceilings and wonderful natural light and unbelievable water + mountain views.

Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and en suite bathroom and one Guest bedroom has a King bed and the other 2 Guest bedrooms have Queen beds + Game Room has a Sleeper Sofa. Bedrooms have generously sized closets for plenty of storage.

A large lawn area out back gives plenty of space with a beautiful campfire pit and for yard activities including cornhole and badminton/volleyball next to the lake. The spacious back deck is a great place for relaxing and/or BBQ on the gas grill. Enjoy your hot cocoa, s'mores or a glass of wine with friends and family around the outdoor fireplace near the water’s edge when fall brings those cool evenings.

Spring City is only 8 miles away, I-75 Sweetwater 25 minutes, I-40 Rockwood 30 minutes, and Kingston, Loudon, Athens, Dayton, Decatur, Cleveland are near by with restaurants, shopping, groceries and fuel, and Chattanooga and Knoxville are a little over one hour's drive for attractions, concerts, historical locations, live music, etc. with Nashville music only 2 1/2 hours away.

Even if you aren't a "bird-watcher" the Osprey and Bald Eagles will amaze you during the day and the river otter will charm you at dusk. You'll love the beautiful sunsets over the water at the end of each day. This quiet neighborhood provides a peaceful environment for catching up on your sleep. Close your eyes, relax! You're on vacation already!!
