Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure the A/C and TV remote controls are accounted for in each room or leave on dining table.
Pets must be on leash when outdoors at all times. Pls. scoop pets waste daily. Receptacle and bags provided. Pls. place when full in lg. blue trash can for disposal prior to pick up day Tue/Fri.
Pets are not permitted on furniture, dining table, counters at any time. Please see additional fees for any pet soiling or furniture scratching/damages. Thank you for your cooperation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please bring Blue trash receptacle to curb on Monday and Thursday nights for morning pick up.
There will be an additional cleaning fee of $200 for any violation to the smoking policy.
Damage/soiling related to pets may incur an additional cleaning/repair fee of up to $500.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It has a nice deco and best equipped kitchen I’ve seen in a rental. The canal has commercial fishing boats on it so there’s lots of big birds hanging on the houses dock providing great entertainment! Communication with the manager was easy with her responding quickly. Definitely give this place a 5 star rating without hesitation.

We were so happy with our entire visit. This house was recently renovated and everything was new and just beautifully done. It was clean and comfortable and we did not lack for anything. The beds were amazing and the kitchen well stocked. We really enjoyed the outside screened in porch and fishing on the dock! The neighborhood was great and provided us a safe place to walk. You cannot beat the location. It was quiet and relaxing but close to everything. The owners made sure we were taken care of. We hope to go back again.

We stayed at this VRBO for 3 months (Jan-Mar 2026) and I have never had anyone respond as quickly as Carol did.There were NO problems, just general questions throughout the stay, and I can tell you she's GREAT! Even bringing us a FIRESTICK for the TV in the middle of the night. You will be EXTREMELY HAPPY!The VRBO had everything we needed, including a grill, and even Kayaks. We didn't know what we'd need inside, but quickly found out that we shouldn't have brought anything, because Carol already thought of it!As far as the location, it's right on the canal with great fishing. Didn't catch as many exotic fishes as I would have liked, but catfish by the bushel baskets. Direct fishing further up the Gulf was only minutes away.I highly recommend The Lazy Lizard for American food and entertainment, which is in walking distance, but get their before 4:00pm or you might not get in! Also, recommend Bella Napoli for Italian, and I typically don't recommend Italian because I'm too picky!If you need something out of the ordinary, the two large towns 15-20 minutes away are Brooksridge and Brooksville.TRUST ME, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE!!!
