We had such a dream vacation! We traveled with our three young children (7,3, & 1) and had the most amazing week. The house was newly remodeled, bay front, and we especially loved the Pack N Play, high chair, assortment of games, and chest of children’s toys! It is important to note this home does have a spiral staircase. It wasn’t as issue for our family, but might want to know this if booking with little ones. The property management company was super accommodating and helpful!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s Beach House. All of the furnishings throughout the home were lovely and the equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in. The location simply could not be better, directly on the bay side of the island. It was very clean and communication with property management was great. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the construction on the property next door. It was very loud every day from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and the construction barge takes up a large portion of that lovely view of the water. We absolutely loved this home and location, and we will be back, just after the construction is complete.

We completely understand how the neighboring construction impacted the otherwise peaceful setting during your stay. The island has been hit hard by two hurricanes. But the recovery is well on its way. We are in contact with the owners next door and they told us that the construction is now in its final stage. The barge has already been moved.
