We had an incredible stay at the Downtowner! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the unique design and attention to detail. The space was not only stylish and modern, but also warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable.The location was unbeatable — close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Whether we were exploring the area or relaxing at the house, we felt like we had the best of both worlds. The top balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee while overlooking the park and canal.With a full house, we were grateful to have 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. Most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom for added privacy and convenience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality VRBO experience!

Wonderful VRBO

The Downtowner was fantastic. We had a family reunion and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Living space was amazing we had 2 catered meals and the kitchen/dining area was set ilup perfect to have those meals. A ton of outdoor space with tables and chairs to allow everyone in the family a comfortable place to sit and no one felt like they were over crowded. We are planning another family reunion and would definitely stay there again.Communication with the host was spot on.

Perfect stay for a bachelorette party!

I booked this property for a bachelorette party and everyone had a great time! It is in the perfect location for being able to walk to everything, which was perfect for a large group! The kitchen/living room space was perfect for all the girls to hang out together and play games. Parking is very limited, but there is a free lot nearby that we were able to utilize as well.

Nice large property with great deck roHangout on in a big kitchen. Great for a crowd. We found property to be very dirty. All carpets are stained and really need replacing and floors were filthy. We dripped water form emptying our cooler and when wiping up paper towels were black. I’m sure it’s just quickly mopped between guests but whomever mopped must not have ever changed the water!Owner was very communicative and nice. If looking for a large place and don’t care about cleanliness and want to be in the action of lake Geneva then it’s perfect for you.
