I love staying at a location like this condo. Check in and check out was simple. The property contact was easy to reach. The condo was well stocked with anything you would need. This is a great property for a family vacation.

Supper disappointed!

This vacation was just disappointing 😢🥺 We arrived there early/checked in early! Everything looked cleaned at first and in place but later at night the sheets on all the beds were Dark colors and they looked not appealing at all! We literally washed some of them! Should have brought our own! The towels are grey white not white! The beach towels they want to be washed and put away before you leave! The laundry is not in the room! The smell in the master bedroom was horrible/ it smelled like pee and sofa and the pillows where smelly. We had to leave the doors open so we don’t smell the pee and all old Odors. The place is just old. After the second day we were all bitten by bugs! I’m not sure what kind of flees/bugs but it was horrible we all got bitten! We literally left the 3rd day and slept at friends house. I guess people don’t really mind if they are not clean freaks but honestly I been to 3 start hotel and Where much better than this! It was really disappointing for the money we paid. Plus they want all the be clean like they left!(before you leave) Literally didn’t and doesn’t feel like a vacation when you have to wash all the floors with Clorox because of smell and didn’t feel clean. I did like that they got all the cleaning supplies and lots of things for the kitchen. And the other nice thing was the building was clean and it was right on the beach and right by the pool. That was the nice part! But really for this kind of money you really cannt afford to buy cotton white sheets for the beds?? And wash in Clorox before a different family comes in ?? Is it that hard !! ?

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We were so glad we were able to accommodate your early check-in but were sorry to hear you were disappointed by your stay. -After you shared your concerns with us about odor and pests, we immediately had the owner of the cleaning company as well as the building manager visit, and the unit appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of bed bugs. We have not had any similar complaints prior to or since this stay. -We did note that the windows and doors had been kept open with the air conditioner running; this could have been the cause of bugs such as mosquitos getting in the home and becoming a nuisance. We do all we can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

We have stayed in this complex many times but this was a great experience from reservation to checkout. Owners were very responsive and accommodating with any questions to make sure our stay was nice. Highly recommend as the unit is perfectly located and stocked well! We will be back

This condo was very cute, great location, and everything was as described on the site. We loved being right on the ocean! The pool was also nice and never crowded. We were very comfortable with the cleanliness of the beds and room, aside from a little tlc being needed on the stove, but the cleaning staff was notified and has since cleaned it up.

Great with grandchildren

We loved staying and playing in and around Shores Club 204. It is a lovely place with very responsive hosts. We were staying in mid-June 2020 just before the late June spike in Covid 19 cases in Florida. We had our groceries delivered from Walmart and were able to keep out of buildings. It was easy to Social Distance on the beach. We set up a canopy, chairs, and sand mat as our beach camp. We love boogie boarding. The best day for adults was during low tide out on the sand bar. The grandchildren loved hunting for sand crabs at night. The pool was fun for the kids and my wife loved being able to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and watch them play. The pool is in the shadows in the afternoon, so no sunscreen needed. If you have a cart to bring down everything, the easiest way is to go out the front of the building, go around to the South-side gate to the pool area. There is a ramp to the beach. If you go through the building you’ll have to navigate a bunch of steps. After a hard day in the waves a hot tub would have been nice, but there is no hot tub. We did try out the bicycles for some leisurely riding on the a long the shore. We liked the less south journey. The woman’s bike is an easy ride once you get going. For us, the chain slipped when putting pressure during acceleration or in softer sand. The seat adjustment is rusted so you go with what is there. The men’s bike is fancier, has gears, and is in better shape. ( BTW - some of the communication we got had the wrong bike lock combination. However, the combo on the wall in the room is correct.) The bikes are in the garage where you have one parking spot. It was good having a secure protected spot. There is more parking on the ground level first come first serve. There also carts in the garage on the ground level which you will find handy unloading and loading your car. The washer and dryer are not in the condo but on the other side of the walkway and about twenty feet down. The elevators are immediately across from 204. We were never able to lock the washer and dryer room. In this room are beach chairs, sand toys, and other beach fun stuff. We brought our own canopy and boogie boards (CVS has Legendary boards). A lock box is in the door handle to the washer and dryer room. You enter the code and pull it open (there is a little ridge for leverage). In the kitchen, we prepared most of our meals. There is plenty of seating to eat. Enjoy waking up to beautiful views of the beach!

Beautiful oceanfront condo

We stayed at this condo located at the Shores Club in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, October 2019. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo. It is beautiful, and well stocked with everything you could want for a nice vacation. Kitchen had everything to cook meals. Beach towels, beach toys for the kids, bikes....everything. The pool was crystal clean. The condo fit all 7 members of my family very comfortably. The owner is very nice and helpful. We will be planning another vacation in this condo in the future! Two thumbs up for sure!

Everything was wonderful! We did a week long vacation with our three kids (ages 6, 3, 2). The unit was perfect. Plenty of room, everything we needed... beach towels, chairs, toys, laundry, steps to the beach and pool and close enough to restaurants and other activities. The kids loved mini golf :). Perfect vacation for a young family. Management company / local contact was easy to work with. No issues. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Family Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay here. It is a very family friendly atmosphere. We like that there is no driving on the beach in this area, it was one less worry about our younger grandkids. The only problem was there is just not enough parking spaces. Overall, we had a great experience! July 20-27

Perfect oceanfront condo with all amenities. Loved waking up to this beautiful view. My son fished every day on the pier while my other son was so relaxed by the sound of the waves, he slept tons. Fun beach cruiser bike and close to many restaurants and activities.

We absolutely loved this property!!

We celebrated our Grandsons 1st birthday staying at this property. Our Daughter and Son in law stayed right next door. It was so convenient. We grilled every night for dinner. Spent the days on the beach. It was a great vacation. We would definitely come back here. The views are gorgeous. Perfect for a family stay. Comfy and clean. Washer and dryer, even had boogie boards and beach chairs and toys to use at the beach.
