Very clean, spacious. The indoor pool felt refreshing, the outside pool is perfect for kids, and the beach has seashells and night crabs which the kids enjoy.

We had the most amazing time at this condo for my best friends 70th Birthday. It is decorated beautifully and makes you feel like you are at the beach. That is important to me!!! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars on cleanliness is because when we would walk barefoot inside the condo, our feet would get very dirty. Not sure if it was the living room rug or just the floor. We just laughed it off and kept enjoying our trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. However, the kitchen essentials were a very bare minimum and we had to purchase items....oven mitts and sauté pan with a lid to name a few. Also, management was emailed and I never received a response. Everything else was great.

This was 2nd year staying at the Phoenix- different condos both times. Condo beautifully furnished- all the kitchen amenities- grand children love the lazy river and easy beach access. Highly recommend!

This was a good property for a family vacation. My wife and I, along with our two daughters and their families with children ages 4 - 14 yrs. Between the lazy river, pool, water slide, indoor pool, hot tub, beach, bike/walking trail across the street, there was something for everyone to do. The layout was nice with an awesome kitchen and view of the ocean.
