Property ok but poor communication from Liquid Life, never returns phone calls.I will never rent from Liquid Life again.

Hi Tom, I'm sorry to hear you had difficulties getting in touch with our team. During your stay, we experienced much higher call volumes than normal due to Hurricane Isaias. We are working to mitigate this in the future and increase the response time when a call is missed. We hope in the future you'll give us another chance.

Check in was not good, was given the wrong code to get into the lockbox, texted me at 3pm and said our room was not ready, we had to wait about an hour before it was finished. The place was nice would be better without carpet in bedrooms. The ice maker doesn’t work. We have stayed at this property 3 times and will more than likely not stay here again.
