The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Wash & return clean beach towels to hall closet. • Wash dirty bath towels on the morning of departure, the cleaners will dry the towels when they arrive. • No need to strip bed linens.
• Remove and dispose of ALL food and beverages from the refrigerator. • Bag and place all garbage in the dumpster, NOT in the garage garbage container. (Refer to map in this document).
• Remove any streaming apps if loaded on TVs. • Return the FOB & garage door opener to the kitchen cabinet. • Return beach chairs, bikes, and sports equipment to where it was found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The HOA does not allow parking of RV's within Village des Pins.
Grilles are provided adjacent the Club House. Guests may not use grilles at the Villa due to local fire restrictions.
