Escape to this delightful, pet-friendly cottage, perfectly situated just a 6-minute walk from a serene private bayside beach located between Thumpertown and Campground beaches. Ideal for families and pet owners, this cozy retreat offers a spacious yard for outdoor games and relaxation.
Beach Access: Enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk away from a beautiful private bayside beach, perfect for walking the sandbars and watching stunning sunsets. For those who love variety, oceanside beaches are also just a short drive away, offering even more options for beach lovers.
Inside the Cottage: The open-format living room, kitchen, dining area, and sunroom create a welcoming space for gatherings. The first floor features two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. Upstairs, a large open space with a full bed, two twin beds, seating, and a TV provides a perfect haven for kids or teens.
Comfort and Convenience: Stay cool with mini-split heat/AC units in the living room and upstairs, window AC units in the bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout. Outside, enjoy the comfortable seating, Weber grill, Solo Stove, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Tastefully decorated with charming coastal decor and equipped with Wi-Fi, this cottage is ideal for both vacationing and working from home. Fully heated and insulated, it’s also perfect for off-season stays.
Convenient Location: Explore Wiley Park, offering swimming and fishing in a picturesque kettle pond, with trails around the pond perfect for dog walks. The nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail is ideal for biking adventures to Wellfleet, Orleans, Nickerson State Park, and South Yarmouth.
