Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all garbage from the house. The garbage disposal is just outside the front gate of Gaviota on the left hand side.
Please turn off all air conditioning units and lights. Fans can be left on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Each additional guest after 2 will pay $30. 6 maximum guests
