This 2 BR, 2Bath condo was nice. Very clean when we arrived. The 5th floor view of beach was great. We are planning on doing it again next year and most likely with this same host. And having 2 beach chairs is a HUGE .

Great Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, very well decorated and the chairs on the balcony were nice to sit in and relax. We loved being right on the beach and having direct access. Chairs on the beach were okay, it was first come first serve so the front row had already been booked up so we had to sit in the back. Not sure if you can move when someone checks out, since they put how long your staying by the chair number once assigned.

Upon arrival the condo floors were filthy. We had to spend an additional 60 to but cleaning supplies. While unpacking we realized that the master bedroom was extremely hot and muggy. We found that the sliding glass door I. The master bedroom was ajar and off track. We reported it immediately to management. This was on Saturday. Maintenance did not come and look at it until Monday and then they told us they couldn’t fix it and they would need a balcony company to come fix it. The balcony company didn’t come until Wednesday and they said the doors were too old and they couldn’t repair them. All this time we have had to share the other room between 4 adults and a baby. The doors were not fixed for our entire week there so the master bedroom could not be slept in because it was so hot. We basically were left with a one bedroom condo for 4 adults and a baby. In the meantime we contacted management at least every other day. We asked for some type of refund or compensation for the inconvenience and also for only being able to use one bedroom. We have been back home for a week now and I have continued to follow up with management. Just yesterday they asked if a 300 refund would get them a 5 star review! What a joke! We paid 3,000 for this condo for a week and could only use one of the bedrooms! Very very bad customer service. Would NEVER recommend this unit!
