The building is located on World Famous Canal Street. One block off to St. Charles Ave, right on the parade route. Walking distance to everything downtown and the Superdome. This historic building was originally built in the 1920s and was fully restored in 2023. This 4bdrom /3bath offers the perfect combination of modern amenities with original charm. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm -8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events
• Resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Pets are not allowed
