We had a small hiccup at first because of our early check in the cleaning wasn’t finished but the cleaner was great and went as fast as she could. We even stopped her because she looked worn out! The host was easy to talk to and very willing to fix everything. She stayed in touch and made sure it was cleaned to our satisfaction. After that we had a great visit! Loved the house and yard. Thank you

When we arrived at this property we were unable to get in because we were not given the correct code to the door. About 40 minutes after contacting the host, they responded and gave us the correct code. When we entered the house we found that it was not cleaned from the previous renters. The host was able to get a cleaner there within about a half an hour. A single man there to clean a 5 bedroom house took several hours and we were still trying to dry the towels at midnight. After that unfortunate start to our stay, the house was very comfortable for our large family and things worked out well for us. Although I have never had that happen when staying at a VRBO before, I realize these things can happen. It might have been a good idea if the host had given us a partial refund for our inconvenience
