Condo was very clean and the decor was very cute. The view was spectacular and the ease of the beach access was great. The host was very responsive during the booking, access and check out process. Next time we are in the area we will definitely book again.

If I could give more than 10/10 I would. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The sunsets were phenomenal and the condo was close to the beach while still being so quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Unit was great. Good communication with host. Quick to respond to questions. Access and view of beach was wonderful. The only downside was no washer & dry in unit, and only one washer and dryer in facility. Also it only takes coins. 3:50 for washer/ load and 3:50 for dryer / load.

Details state clearly no ‘in-unit’ washer/dryer. There are actually 4 washer/dryers on site located on different floors located both sides of the building. Guests can read up on everything my condo offers on the site which contains lots of details. My welcome guide also contains everything you need to know about on site amenities. Guests didn’t take advantage of my gifts which are part of my ‘welcome in’ but great guests welcome back anytime and left my unit very tidy and followed all house rules. I would definitely recommend these guests.

We stayed one night to see a concert for our anniversary and oh do I wish we would have been there longer! Such a great spot. Our ocean view was lovely and the place was just as pictured, we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time here! The bed was very comfortable and I loved watching the sun rise from the balcony. We appreciated all the extras included such as water, milk, coffee, first aid items and the owner was easy to contact, friendly and very responsive. The pool was also very nice. Very quiet and heated.

Beautiful condo and the Host made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The entire process was easy. It was impeccably clean which is very important to me. Every detail was perfect. Although it was raining our entire stay and we didn't get to use the pool or the beach, we had a great stay.

The room was nicely renovated, and had an amazing ocean view! It is tiny, and is better suited for two adults and 1-2 children. Deborah was very responsive. The condo was extremely clean. We would definitely come back!

Loved this cute,little condo,which was just the right size for the two of us.....& it was nice and quiet!! Starting and ending each day on the oceanfront balcony was wonderful! Our host/owner couldn't have been more attentive,from check-in to our reluctant departure. Fortunately she enabled us to extend our stay by a day,which we so much appreciated. If I'd given her a grocery list,I have no doubt whatsoever she would've done our grocery shopping for us! Great trip....thank you!!

This condo was outstanding! Location was fantastic! Check in process was fantastic and Deborah was very communicative, helped us get in early, and left coffee/milk/snacks for us! Views were amazing off the balcony. Felt like a home away from home! Condo was very clean, and bed very comfy! We will be back! Didn’t get a chance to use pool but looked fantastic. Easy and private beach access which was awesome! Deborah also offered recommendations on where to eat! Great host and great place !!

The host was wonderful. Her condo is beautifully decorated and she went the extra mile by offering fresh fruit, coffee and even milk for creamer. Also, I loved the little details in the bathroom and kitchen: the patchouli, Vivian Gray lotion bottle, scrumptious towels and beautiful wine glasses and Christmas decor, which just elevated our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

It was everything as advertised and more. Super clean. Very nicely appointed. 4th floor so the view of the ocean was super. All of the necessities were there and at hand. The check-in sheet was helpful. Very quiet suite. neighbors were respectful and never heard much from them. Beach area was A, not crowded or noisy. Weather could have been slightly better but I'd take the same weather again. Bathroom was small but very functional. Towels were top notch. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We would absolutely stay there again.One note, the flip side of the quiet and not raucous is it is slightly isolated. You need to go towards St. Augustine for most services. There is a good grocery store 10 minutes away and restuarants were good but a limited number close to the apartment. A small price to pay for a relaxing beach stay. Well done.

Exceeded expectations in every way. Easy entry- Deborah provided a code in advance, and we just parked and walked right in. As advertised, wide unobstructed ocean view from the balcony. Easy parking and a breeze to get to the Amphitheater or downtown (but away from the crowds). Unit was great- comfortable living room and balcony furniture; easy TV system to hijack with my home Roku/YouTube TV HDMI but could have easily used her setup; everything was spotless; surprisingly quiet building considering it was in the Spring Break season. What made it memorable was Deborah's attention to detail- easy instructions / highlights conspicuously available right when you walk in; k-cups with a variety of sweeteners (there's also coffee available in the lobby); biscotti and other breakfast snacks; some bottled water & milk in the fridge; fully stocked kitchen utensils (that we didn't much need); shampoo-conditioner-body wash dispensers mounted in the shower; beach chairs & towels; even saw a little basket of Band Aids under the sink; easy to control thermostats & fans in the living room and bedroom. Much more little niceties that I forget or maybe didn't even notice. Finally- Deborah was incredibly responsive with recommendations or to answer questions when I had them- like within minutes. Would highly recommend and she'll be our first choice when we come back for the next round of concerts.

Owner was very prompt with communication. Some furniture changed and was not like photos. The condo seemes neat and clean upon arrival, but the floor made our feet almost black and seemed that it had not been mopped in a while. We bought socks for walking around and threw them away daily. I reluctantly did not ask her to have someone come and clean it. Check in code for unlocking the door upon arrival did not work, and we stood outside in the heat until she supplied the correct one. We had no tv or wifi from Saturday to Tuesday. Owner offered discount on return visit and voucher for local restaurant to compensate us. Unfortunately this came after we had checked out of the condo, and we live 4-5 hours away from the local restaurant. She accused me of taking a magnet off the refrigerator, and I have given her permission to charge me if she feels that I owe her. I was not going to leave a review because I hate to be negative, but the accusation about a magnet was just too much.

The unit was pristine and the floor had been cleaned as I inspected it before check in as I do every check in. Internet issue was resolved by me paying $450 to the building management team whilst I was on vacation and being bombarded with messages multiple times a day for 2 days. I offered 10% discount and gift vouchers which were declined. The messages from the guest were complimentary throughout the stay. Furniture is exactly as per photos and as per the narrative about remodeling. These guests were extremely fussy and I went above and beyond. The missing item was there at check in as my cleaner sends me photos before I inspect. It was gone when cleaner arrive immediately after check out: as it was a gift to me I wasn’t prepared to overlook it and assumed it was taken in lieu of the refund they were hustling for 2 days internet although they connected through a hotspot. Disappointing and despite my 5 star review on them before I was made aware of this, I would not rent to them or recommend them again as they exaggerated the issue which contradicts all their positive messages. The booker even sent me a message saying her guest ‘wanted her way on everything’ and was being difficult. I don’t recommend these guests to anyone.

The condo is beautifully decorated and looks exactly like the photos. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. We rented another unit in the same building a couple of years ago, and was not nearly as nice.

Crescent Beach is one of the best beaches in Florida, it stretches for miles and the sand is beautiful and you can walk all the way up to the Matanzas inlet. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars with live music and if you feel energetic why not go and play volleyball down on St Augustine Beach! This really is a piece of paradise.
