''Newly Remodeled''! Beautiful Oceanfront Condo on Crescent Beach
Escape to this beautiful ocean facing condo on Crescent Beach in picturesque St Augustine. This cozy retreat features 1 king bed in the bedroom and a comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room.
We provide every guest with a ‘welcome’ basket containing milk & bottled water (in fridge), fresh coffee sugar, and Biscotti or cookies which you can enjoy on the spacious balcony overlooking Crescent Beach - the most stunning sunrise is not to be missed!
The mattress in the Master is sanitized with a UV light and dust mite machine after every guest stay. That is a unique service that we offer that you won’t find anywhere else.
Enjoy the beautiful bathroom newly remodeled with high pressure shower, bathtub, and hair dryer in the bathroom. There is also a new shaving/ make up wall mounted mirror with 10x magnification with LED lighting.
Two wall mounted flat TV's, free WIFI and everything you need in the kitchen to cook up a storm. Also, you will find iron & ironing board for your convenience.
If you have booked a service pet, we sadly cannot accommodate large dogs and can only accept one dog not weighing more than 35lb for safety & convenience. Please ensure you keep the sofa cover provided in place if you have a service animal that 'sheds' thank you we appreciate this consideration. No guest cats permitted. Please also ensure your service pet is up to date with flea & worming treatment for the convenience of other guests and the environment.
There is a revamped area for pets behind the Lobby building. Dogs are permitted on the beach too!
We provide beach towels and beach chairs, and you have exclusive access to the Beach with a shower on the beach deck. Access code for guests will be provided in the welcome guide in the unit. We have everything you need for a memorable stay.
There is a wicker basket in the unit hallway for sandy shoes and towels, so you don't have to worry about those pesky sand grains!
The beautiful pool is heated to 84 degrees and overlooks the beach and has plenty of seating and sunbathing areas.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Press 'Kwikset' (top bar on key pad) and wait for the door to lock, the keypad will flash 'yellow' please check by turning handle.
Take trash to trash compound in car park, thank you.
If you are checking out early before 12 midday, please let me know as I may have an early check in same day and it would be very helpful to know I appreciate that thank you

We really care about our guests having a great time and if there is anything that you need that is not already provided we are a short drive away and can be contacted for any emergencies, we want you to enjoy our getaway as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Crescent Beach is one of the best beaches in Florida, it stretches for miles and the sand is beautiful and you can walk all the way up to the Matanzas inlet. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars with live music and if you feel energetic why not go and play volleyball down on St Augustine Beach! This really is a piece of paradise.

New power shower and bathtub and the bedroom has been updated and we provide power and USB cables on both nightstands for your convenience. We have everything you need for a truly memorable stay.
