- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building. If detected, guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
- Rental Agreement: Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement confirming your understanding and agreement to the house rules—no smoking, no parties, no pets, and respect for quiet hours.
- For safety and compliance with building and insurance regulations, we require a government-issued photo ID from each guest listed on the reservation. This allows us to maintain a secure and high-quality experience for all guests.

Family vacation to NYC for the New Year celebration. Excellent location next to grocery store and walking distance to local bars. Shuttle to PATH is a great benefit. The place was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during and after check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment - clean, plenty of space, well equipped. Layout was perfect for our family of five so our two children could be in their own room and extra adult had their own room too. The shuttle to Grove Street PATH made getting into NYC really easy. Thanks to hosts for being super responsive. Glad we stayed here.
