Welcome to Newport Coast. Welcome to 18 Great Vacations after traveling with my family over the last 18 years we have isolated some of our favorite family resorts. We are offering these resorts to potential guests. This is a new listing: You will receive a reservation confirmation from the resort viewable on the resorts website.

A portion of rentals will be donated to charity.

10/10 Excellent! Beautiful house and a great design. We loved the kitchen and eating on the deck. They thought of everything to make it a fun and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - two blocks from the beach and a short walk to all of the great restaurants and shops in the village. The house was immaculate and communications before our stay were excellent. We will definitely be back!

This is a perfect place for a family. We had a lovely time in the beautiful home, and the grounds were breathtaking. The activities for children and families went on forever. Tetherball, basketball, a toy lot, croquet, a teen center, movies…. And on and on. We could only stay three nights, but wished we could’ve stayed a couple of weeks.

The location and grounds are the clear highlight here just minutes from the beach with easy access to the pool. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Shout out to the staff at the pool bar and grill for their patience with an overload of cranky patrons. Obtaining parking passes involved a separate line and an unwelcome sales pitch that felt out of place. There was no information about the color distinctions on the pass until a text hours after check in (primary v. curbside). The unit itself is spaciously laid out across two bedrooms as advertised; however, the listing states three beds and one sofa bed present, but there were two pull-out sofa beds. The fabric was visibly dirty, which is simply unacceptable at this price point. The unit smelled subtly like they used old rags to clean. Great set up for a party of 7 guests. The patio and view of the ocean was perfect and peaceful. Kitchen amenities were plentiful, and the pool is a short walk away, though be prepared for a lot of unsupervised kids in that area. The pool was also repeatedly closed due to sanitation issues. It might have worked at the much lower weekday price but for the weekend rate I was disappointed.
