Welcome to Cozy Heights Retreat, your home away from home in peaceful Windsor Heights — just 10 minutes from downtown Des Moines! This warm, periwinkle haven blends comfort, charm, and space for the whole family.

Enjoy 4 comfy bedrooms (3 queens, 1 full), 2 full baths with walk-in showers, and two inviting living areas — one upstairs off the kitchen and another downstairs with a large sectional and walkout patio. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, from a coffee maker to cookware, plus a booth nook, bar seating for 4, and a formal dining room for 6.

Step outside to beautiful outdoor spaces: the fully fenced in backyard is perfect for sunbathing and morning coffee, while the covered patio below features string lights, a BBQ grill, and a large outdoor table for dining or relaxing in the fenced backyard.
