This was a great place to stay. Admittedly I was a little nervous after booking to receive communication via a different booking site instead of through Vrbo as I'm used to. We learned after arrival that we were the first guest to stay at this location and was greeted with wine and a meat, cheese tray which was more than a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood is a new division and the address did not come up directly on my cars GPS but was easily found from the address that did populate. We came into the residence greeted with a basket of slippers, no shoes inside of the home which was not an issue for us. Do know there is no smoking or vaping on the patio. This location was very clean, comfortable beds and easily accommodated the 5 adults on my trip. Hosts were very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Des Moines. If wanting to walk to the farmers market downtown, this location is about a mile give or take which a little far if you're wanting to splurge on a plethora of local goods.
