Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set the AC/Heat thermostat setting to read 78 Degrees F.
If your stay is during the week, on Wednesdays please roll out the trash can to the street for pick up by City of Houston on Thursday. Return empty bins to their original location on Thursday.
Turn off the coffee maker

Perfect little bungalow in the Heights. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. Big backyard that is dog friendly. Very clean and updated inside. Would rent again!

Excellent location with great backyard - Bella enjoyed it immensely. Couple of hiccups (checkin & gaps in fence) but owner responded promptly. Would definitely rent again next time we’re in town.
