The recently renovated 100 sq. meters apartment is located in one of the most famous and chic streets in Athens. Make yourself comfortable at the sofa by watching your favorite movie at Netflix! The sunny dining room is at your disposal to enjoy a fancy breakfast or a romantic dinner which you can properly cook at the kitchen which is totally equipped with all necessary untensils like Nespresso machine, filter coffee, hot water boiler and toster. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with eco friendly matresses for deep and quality sleep with silent inverter Air-conditioners for your comfort.Meticulous and efficient cleaning has always been on our minds for our visitors. But today it is even more critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of SarsCov-2 infection. To re ensure the hygiene and disinfection of the property, we list below some of the actions that take place in the apartment between the departures and the arrivals of our customers in order to keep in high standards a clean and healthy environment so as to make you feel safe and comfortable in all areas of the house.
1. All rooms are ventilated for at least three hours of cleaning.
2.First we clean with soap detergents and water to remove dirt and after we disinfect with Special antibacterial cleaners in combination with bleach and alcohol 70% min.to properly kill germs on all surfaces and counters as also in individual sanitary areas such as toilet- bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen.
3. We Wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets.
4. We carefully remove any visible dirt or grime from sofas, carpets, curtains and other soft porous surfaces and then use the appropriate cleaner for the material. If possible, machine-wash items according to the manufacturer’s instructions
5. The vacuum cleaner bag is emptied after each cleaning.
Our ultimate goal is to offer you a completely hygiene environment that will make your stay, safe and enjoyable.

Why they chose this property
The apartment is located in Skoufa street, one of the main street of Kolonaki area. Kolonaki is a wealthy and chic district, very close to Syntagma aquare where Parliament is and Lecabetus hill, with its magnificent view of Athens. Kolonaki has traditionally been one of the capital's leading shopping areas of brand names and boutiques. The Benaki Museum, inside a preserved neoclassical manor house, and the Goulandris museum of Cycladic Art are two of the finest private collections in the capital only 10 mins walking from our place. The Byzantine Museum and the War Museum of Athens at Vassilissis Sofias Avenue are also close. Some calls Kolonaki area the heartbeat of Athens with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants of all type all around. Outdoor seating on pedestrian roads as Tsakalof street is typical greek habit, creating a lively atmosphere at summer and spring nights. Famous Lycabettus hill with the astonishing view of athens is approached to the top with a public cable car.
