Walk to almost anything downtown within 15 - 20 min. Beautiful chef's kitchen with wall oven and 5 burner gas cooktop. Decorated with original art, the space has a feeling of freshness. Custom cherry bar, exposed brick, hardwood and tile floors with high efficiency systems. Covered front porch with seating. Private backyard with fire-pit and hammock, large enough for yard games. Modern laundry room with storage/pantry. Some of the closest attractions are the Orange Peel, McCormick Field, Wicked Weed Brewery, Green Man Brewery, and City Bakery.
