This cottage has been upgraded to a year-round rental. It has a fully functioning kitchen, one 3/4 bath with a shower and 2 bedrooms that accommodate 4. Read and relax on the spacious deck and listen to the sounds of nature around you. The cottage is equipped with a monitor heater fueled by propane. The property has been in the Pinkham family for over 4 generations. Today, Dan and Ann Pinkham, along with their sons Dan Jr., Jon, and Josh, own and operate Lakehurst Properties LLC.
