Self contained with fully equipped kitchen - including a 5 burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster etc, Bluetooth speaker, abundance of glass and diningware for indoor or outdoor use around the pool.
Large kingsize bedroom which leads onto the small private garden and washing line area and a double bedroom with wardrobes and drawers looking onto the walnut grove. A small bedroom (unheated) with bunkbeds for children is available - please request before booking. The bathroom is fitted with a large Italian shower. The large open plan lounge/dining room with 42 inch TV (including) amazon firestick, Teeveeing with all European channels dvd player / DVD’s and free Netflix.
A 10 x 6 m enclosed salt swimming pool ( with children alarm) south facing - totally private and not overlooked with large terrace. For your use only. Outdoor table chairs for alfresco dining and sun loungers with cushions for your comfort. There is also a large gas plancha and small coal bbq for your use.
All bedlinen and towels are included along with cleaning at the end of your stay.
The Gite is set on a smallholding with our family home opposite - amongst 5 acres with free range chickens, geese, sheep, goats, a pig and various small animals enclosed in their own areas. Fresh eggs, grape vines and a selection of 12 fruit trees along with home grown veg depending on the time of your stay and a herb garden for your use.
The properties are enclosed and safe with electric gates and plenty for small children to do in the garden whilst parents relax by the pool!
A trampoline, swing, play house and various childrens games to use in the walnut grove which remains shady in the summer heat. Due to several steps entering the pool area and main lounge area, it is not convenient for disabled guests or wheelchair users.
Underfloor heating maintains the Gite at a perfect temperature throughout the chillier months - therefore available all year round.
Dolmayrac is a small hamlet which is surrounded by fields and valleys. Ideal for walkers or to bike ride around on one of the various bike routes.
3 kms away from Sainte Livrade sur lot for local amenities including a supermarket (Aldi, Casino or the large Intermarche is 7 kms) 3 bakeries, banks, daytime markets and evening 'Gourmand' markets in July and August where you can eat, drink, dance and shop!
Visit the local organic vineyards in Casseneuil, go kayaking, swimming or fishing on one of the many places along the Lot or shopping at a choice of day or evening markets.
Dolmayrac is a central point to many of the amenities available from water parks, Acrobranche (tree climbing at Happy Forest) or to visit one of the local children's animal parks, water parks or activity parks. There is always plenty to see and do or to just simply switch off and relax and stay put
