Beautiful Sunriver Home- SHARC passes, hot tub, bikes

This spacious 4,500 sq. ft. house is built for relaxation and creating memories! It has 5 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, a library and workspace, a beautiful black granite kitchen, a large living room and a game room with pool table, cozy couch, kitchenette and TV. If you are traveling with children, they are able to have their own space at the other end of the house from the main living room. A hot tub is just steps out the back door and we provide 7 bicycles. We also provide 10 SHARC pool passes. Come and enjoy!

The space
This spacious and beautifully maintained home is the ideal retreat for a multi-family getaway or large group gathering in Sunriver. With thoughtful touches throughout, guests enjoy the comfort of plush bedding, soft cotton towels, and modern amenities that make every stay effortless. The home includes 10 complimentary SHARC passes, giving you free access to the indoor pool and water park—fun for all ages! Stay connected with lightning-fast Wi-Fi (340 Mbps download, 24.5 upload), and unwind in the private year-round hot tub or on the large deck with a natural gas barbecue, perfect for evening cookouts under the stars.

Inside, the open living room features a smart TV with Roku, while the spacious game room offers endless entertainment with a pool table, board games, a smart TV, and a convenient kitchenette with an extra refrigerator. You’ll also find seven bicycles and helmets ready for you to explore Sunriver’s scenic paths and surroundings.

The home is perfectly located—just a 15-minute walk to the charming restaurants and shops of Sunriver Village and an easy stroll to the Deschutes River. It’s common to see deer, elk, squirrels, and a variety of birds while out on a walk.

No matter the season, there’s something for everyone. In winter, enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding at nearby Mt. Bachelor, along with cross-country trails, sledding hills, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Sleds are provided for your use. In summer, take advantage of endless outdoor adventures, from hiking and visiting nearby lakes to rafting the Deschutes River or playing a round of golf on Sunriver’s beautiful course.

Guest access
The front and back doors have Smart locks. I will send you your individual code prior to check-in. The code will stop working at your check-out time.

Google maps has the incorrect house on their map. We are the first house on the right on Pathfinder Lane. It has a large half circle driveway as well as parking in front of the garage.
Other things to note
We are happy to share our house with you! Please note that there is no access to the garage.

The house has fast wifi but no cable. You will be able to log into the Roku device as a guest to access your own streaming services.

Please do not move furniture. It is a $50 charge if the cleaners need to move furniture back to its original place.

There is a $300 replacement fee for a lost SHARC pass. Please hang them up by the microwave in the kitchen. They are numbered 1-10.

For security, there are Ring cameras located at the front door, the front side door and the driveway. These record video and audio and are on 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.

We are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out during the summer season. Thank you!
