Great house and location

Great house, plenty of room for our group of 9 to spread out. Loves the location, Close to beach & beach club which we liked as we were able to walk to a couple restaurants (Frasier’s Tavern and Coast). Pool was great, kids swam daily. No complaints, would come again!

Nice pool, good kitchen, plenty of room. Property and interior needs uplift in maintenance..

Thanks you for the feedback. We will certainly share this with the owners. They did just have all bathrooms floor to ceiling renovated and an interior designer this past year adding new decor and furnishings. The exterior patios have been updated with Trex and modern railings. Relax Rentals

Wonderful time!

Great house and location! Easy walk to beach. Beach club right next door is a great spot for lunch. House, pool and hot tub were very nice. We all had a great time and will definitely be back! Relax Rentals was so great to work with. Readily available to answer any questions and were very nice.

Family Time

The property was nice. Communication was good, except the pool service was not as described as in the listing which caused us to not be able to use the pool. This was a big deal to our kids and ine of the high points of our trip.

Unfortunately, the chemicals in the pool were off after the rain and storms and in order for the technician to rebalance instead of having the pool turn green it was requested to stay out of the water for only 2hours. We do our best to rectify issues as quickly as possible and did not intend for this to be an inconvenience. Thank you

Nice house convenient to the beach

Nice house. Great location. Beach is handy. Requested hot tub months in advance and after arrival but it never got turned on. Ants in house were a minor nuisance. Hot water inconsistencies and unavailability was a recurring problem. If you plan on cooking much, bring a couple good kitchen knives because those provided were junk — typical for a rental. Beds all seemed to be good. We had a great time.

Hi Rodney, thank you for the feedback. We certainly apologize you did not have a 5 Star experience at this home. Our goal is to always meet or exceed your expectations. We do charge a hot tub fee, which had not been added to your reservation. We were happy to have activated, you did decline. We offered to send a plumber out to take a look at the hot water, however you declined. We did drop off some ant traps to address the issue you mentioned. I am adding to our list to purchase new steak knives., this is an easy fix. Anytime there is an issue we do attempt to remedy as quickly as possible without disturbing our guests. If a guest declines we respect their request and wait until after departure. We did have the hot water heater looked at and there was no issues as of this time. We will continue to monitor if any other guests experiences the same.
