Summary:
Gorgeous ground floor unit that has been tastefully remodeled. This disabled-friendly condo has upgraded tile flooring throughout, with granite counters, walk-in shower, and cozy fireplace. Equipped with all you need to make your stay seamless. Plenty of free parking onsite, short walk to restaurants and the beach.
Washer and dryer are located in common area and are coin operated. Hot tub is just outside of the unit.
There is a studio unit (also disabled-friendly) that connects to this one, if interested in renting and making your unit a 2 bedroom to accommodate more guests, please contact the Coastal Vacation Rentals office to see if it is available.

Located off the infamous Pier Ave. in Oceano that leads to one of the few remaining drive on beaches in California.

Walking distance to restaurants, The Elks Lodge, lagoon, parks, and of course the BEACH
