About this property
Vintage French Farmhouse charm in the countryside
We offer a private portion of our Rustic Vintage French inspired home for guests to stay in. This is a cozy, 280 sq ft studio. Enjoy all that Placerville and the surrounding rivers, lakes, mountains, farms, Apple Hill, and old mining towns have to offer when you stay at our little home! We are located among family farms, some including horses, goats, sheep, chickens and yet in a neighborhood, very close to amenities such as groceries and gas. It’s quiet and peaceful! There is one wall shared with homeowner. For privacy for both guests and us, we tend to stay in the back half of our home when we have guests.
