It was unfortunate the owner was not around due to her claim of an accident and surgery, but the listing never included the apartment was on the second level (no pictures of stairs which are not safe for little kids). The property manager taking calls was not responsive for questions or issues. (doesn't speak English) Not ideal for more than a night or two. Kitchen on lower level. Upstairs water pressure terrible and hot water literally in 15 mins. Pool was filthy and not cleaned until the 3rd day of a 5 day stay.
