Very easy stay, great location if you want to be close to everything. Braden was also great coordinating pickup with my family when we left some of our things behind. Parking is tight if you get back after 5 or 6.
Fantastic location with lots to walk to including the trolley. Spotless property & the ceiling fans were great for cooling and air circulation. Plenty of space for 2 adults & a teen plus pre-teen to spread out and have some privacy. Highly recommend!
This adorable two bedroom home was just perfect for our San Diego stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the University of San Diego. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we could possible need. The host was welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly.
This is an adorable property! It was close and convenient for everywhere we wanted to go, was super clean, and fully stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay and you can’t beat the price. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice. Braden was very helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! I would totally stay here again! Giovanni’s and Rose Donuts down the street were both delicious!

Thank you so much, Cassie, for the wonderful review! I’m really glad you enjoyed the location, comfort, and cleanliness of our home—and I’m especially happy to hear everything was well stocked for your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I truly appreciate the kind words about my responsiveness. Great call on Giovanni’s and Rose Donuts too—local favorites for a reason! You’re welcome back anytime, and I’d love to host you again in the future.
The pictures are very accurate. They have plenty of blankets, hangers, provided keurig and coffee k-cups which was very nice. Plenty of closets to store luggage. We ended up renting a car and was able to park on the street, but it is off season for any students, so I’m not sure how difficult parking would be during the school year. We found parking fairly easily, and often out front. Checkin and checkout were super easy. The 3 of us, all adults, felt very comfortable in the space. It was nice to not be downtown, but have easy access to routes just about 15-20 minutes to most spots. We recommend watching the sunset from the top of the hill on the campus of University of San Diego, which sits up high overlooking Telecote Canyon.

Thank you for the wonderful review! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the home comfortable and well-equipped. It's great to hear the location, parking, and easy access to San Diego worked well for your visit.
Very glad you watched the sunset from the University of San Diego; it really is one of the area's hidden gems.
It was a pleasure hosting you, and you're always welcome back if your travels bring you to San Diego again!
Cute place to stay. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Parking was a little annoying at times but doable. There were a lot of good places to eat around and easy access to the city. Overall we enjoyed our stay here with two adults and two kids.
Great overall stay, definitely recommend this place!

This unit will meet your needs for a 2-3 day stay. It is within 20 of beaches and just plain strolling. Amenities within unit are sufficient. However, parking on the street is limited and units are close together. No grocery stores or drug stores nearby so be prepared to drive for milk, eggs, or salad fixings.
