Why they chose this property
The Museum Hill District is off the Old Santa Fe Trail, and our 1 acre compound is part of a Spanish Land Grant by the King Spain in 1745. I have a copy of the declaration and every deed since that time. What a treasure.
The property is on a private street just 8 minutes to the Plaza and 3 minutes to Canyon Road. Perfect location for what seems like country living, and super convenient!

What makes this property unique
The location is a stand-out, due to it's proximity to 5 of the city's best museums Botanical Garden, downtown Plaza and Canyon Rd, in addition to being on a private cul-de-sac/road.
The original houses are adobe dating back to the 1800's and have been meticulously renovated for comfort and bespoke. The property is a true Santa Fe immersion inside and out.
The new farmhouse was added - freestanding and totally private, facing West, for the most gorgeous sunsets off the 30' long portale - with lounge chairs, dining table, hammock and Weber Grill.
It's a true favorite among of guests all year round.
