Great property!

Our rental was incredibly comfortable and clean, and was actually larger than it looked in the pictures. The house is minutes to 3 beautiful beaches (Chapin, Mayflower, Corporation), and many great places to eat and shop! Would definitely rent it again!

Needed updating especially the bathrooms. Great location. We had issues with the grill but fixed it. It has two refrigerators which was a plus. There were little items that needed fixing like a broken closet door and a shower door that was off its track.

The house was very clean, spacious, practically furnished and the sun room was a favorite spot. The kitchen was bigger than our last several cape rentals. The neighborhood was pretty and shady and a very short ride to Mayflower, donut shop, great restaurants, nice shops. Kids liked the bunk beds very muchWould’ve been nice to have option to check in early if available but it is clearly communicated that this is not an option / not to ask

We will be back. In the middle of all things Dennis. Grocery store, liquor store, best Ice cream, sidewalks just outside of the neighborhood. Quiet street. Very happy to have found this spot. The deck and sun room are divine!

Very clean and great location

We booked this location as a last-minute stay, because we had to shift our plans and our usual house that we book was not available. However, we were very happy with the house. The location cannot be beat as it is a couple minutes away from the beach and very close to a park, which is ideal if you have small children. It is, managed by a property company, so everything is very clean and well maintained. My only comment would be that there are no rugs in the house, which makes it feel sort of cold and not very homey. Adding a few rugs in the living space and in the bedrooms would really warm up the place and make it less echoey. Otherwise, it was great, and I would highly recommend!

I've been visiting my grandmother in East Dennis for over 40 years. Sadly, we list her earlier this year. We gathered, as always, in East Dennis for a celebration of her 102 years. Our stay was wonderful ❤️ This home lived up to our every need and expectation.
