We really enjoyed our stay. We had a large group and we came by boat and the marina was within walking distance and so was everything else. It is very convenient. Thank you!
Wonderful stay. Clean, bright and spacious layout. So may bath towels, a nice coffee bar set up and appreciated the extra soaps, and toiletries. With in walking distance to down town. We all had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again.
Susan was an amazing host! Great communication and extremely helpful. The farmhouse was spacious yet cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for our 4 night stay.
The home had everything you could ask for !!
It was also in a great location—. Easy access to downtown Sanford and close to all the restaurants and shops .
Very spacious which was perfect for our family and just what we needed. We did the st John rivership cruise and the house was very close to
Their location.
The house was perfect for our extended family stay--very spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. The house is walking distance to the historic Sanford district. We need to come back so that we can explore the town!
My family had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. It was easy to find, and located close to everything. The kit he. Had everything you could need. The coffee and tea bar was fully loaded. Beds were super comfy and tons of great towels. So happy we booked this place.
The farmhouse has so much room. And located a few blocks from downtown. Walked to our family wedding activities. Comfortable house. We took our dog and he had a huge yard to run around.
House stocked with all the necessities.
Super nice, clean and spacious. Convenient to many restaurants and services like grocery stores and so forth. Previous guests had left some provisions/non-perishables making our community cooking efforts very satisfying. Would enjoy the opportunity of staying in this property again.
Beautiful old home! Walking distance to downtown Sanford restaurants and shops. We had a total of 7 adults and it worked out perfectly. Large kitchen for cooking, large dining room and living room. Clean and neat. Also a large back deck for cooking and eating outside with a grill
We had a wonderful few days at Susan’s house in Sanford. My brother’s and my families stayed in the farmhouse as we have other siblings and our mom who live locally. It was perfect for our needs. Susan even dropped off some cooking equipment that she thought we might need. I will definitely stay here in the future if needed.
Locals wanting to host out of town family for a wedding just blocks away.
Older family members truly benefited from the ramp leading to the bedrooms from outside the home . Also from the walk-in showers
We had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy as were the sofa and chairs.
Susan was an amazing host who communicated quickly to answer questions and a special request.
Overall, very happy we choose to stay at this historic home
Really cute house built in 1901 with enough renovation to make it super comfortable but without losing the feel of a great house built in 1901. It had way more space and bed than we needed! The bed were all really comfortable. The living room couch also got an A+ for comfort. It is walking distance to Down town Sanford which seems to be having a really nice revival. We ate at the "The Old Jailhouse" which is a must but make a reservation. Great food and amazing setting.
Overall, I would absolutely stay again and the owner was very friendly and open to any communication needed.
We were in town for our daughter's wedding with our kids and grandkids. The house was perfect for us all to enjoy family time under one roof! The house was stocked with a great coffee bar, lots of nice bedding, xtra blankets and pillows and dishes. The kids really enjoyed trying to catch lizards out in the fenced backyard. The house is super close to great coffee shops and restaurants but it still felt like a private home. We loved the food from Christo's and the coffee from Palette! Everything was wonderful and the exit plan was easy. I was able to contact the owners with any questions and they responded with a quick call to check on us. So nice! Would stay again and recommend!!
