This 1-bedroom couples suite is a private suite of a historic home in Mentone and is perfect for your escape. The owner lives in a separate area of the house. But the suite is private with a separate entrance and no shared spaces. Includes a Kitchenette (Not a Full Kitchen). Conveniently located about a mile from the shops of Mentone. Sidewalks have recently been added all the way to Mentone. Moon Lake Campus/Village is a short walk away.

Enter the suite down a lovely welcoming path from the parking area. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, ensuring an enjoyable night's sleep. With a luxurious Spa Like atmosphere, guests will feel pampered and relaxed. The bathroom includes a double shower and soaking clawfoot bathtub.
There is a kitchenette has a lovely two-person dining space and includes basic amenities like a coffee bar with an assortment of k-cups, tea, sweeteners, and creamers. A small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and icemaker for your convenience.
Right outside if a large deck with Adirondak chairs and string lights to enjoy the scenery. Adjoining the deck is a patio with your private hot tub.
You also have access to the fire-pit and the two-acre property surrounded by woods and the beauty of the nature of Mentone.

Great host she let us use the grill which was great and the hot tub was amazing. Very quiet, clean, and beautiful room to stay in. Small quiet town to loved this place definitely would boom again not to mention very affordable

We had an enjoyable stay. The fireplace didn’t work, probably needed new batteries. Only negative was you could see through the blinds from the kitchenette.

We had the nicest 3 day stay at this precious getaway. The host was just so nice. Check-in was easy and the inside was just lovely. I’ve never stayed at a place where there were so many touches to make it so warm and inviting. The bed was to die for. We had our dog with us and the host set up doggie fences off both entrances to the deck so we could allow him outside without his leash. We enjoyed our hikes and the restaurants we ate at. Mentone Market is the place to go for sandwiches, pizza, etc. Elevation was the best restaurant for the food and friendly staff. Breakfast at The Hatters Cafe was quite the treat taking you back into Alice in Wonderland. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

The inside of the suite was just as pictured super cute and just enough for a couple. The outside however of the suite was not as described. The suite is connected to the hosts own personal home not as private and intimate as pictured. The outside of the house was kind of messy and not as pretty and put together as pictured. We enjoyed our stay but the awkwardness of not having a private suite and sharing a space with the host was not enjoyable

I'm sorry you were not happy some things about the property. I do say clearly in the listing that the suite is a part of my house and the owner lives in the house. And the suite has a separate entry and is a complete separate space and there are no shared spaces. And I apologize for the yard being a little messy while you were there. I have some landscaping projects in progress and my help for the weekend did not show up as expected.
