Within walking distance of the beach and featuring a newly updated bedroom with a plush king bed, Salt & Serenity by the Shore is an affordable and relaxing retreat. The living room features a large smart TV and a pull-out queen sofa for extra guests. Through sliding glass doors, you’ll find a private balcony with a view of the ocean’s shoreline, perfect for watching sunsets! The condo features a full kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking and sharing meals after a full day at the shore. Start your slow morning with coffee on the balcony, spend the day at the beach, then return to stream your favorite shows on the TV either in bed or in the living room. Don’t forget your furry friends, either! We are happy to host your pets for a small $50 pet fee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all the dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle.
Please put all dirty towels in front of the bathtub. No worries about stripping the master bed, but if you use the pull-out sofa, please fold it back up and place those linens with the towels.
Ensure all the trash is taken out, please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I enjoy hosting because it gives me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and provide them with a comfortable stay to create great memories on the coast.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because of its close proximity to the beach. From the back patio, you can see the waves crashing on the white sands in the distance. There is the Salty Dolfin, a small, hole-in-the-wall bar with karaoke and great ambiance. Brewster Street is just down the road, offering great food, stunning views, and fantastic local live music. Right across the street, there is the Anchor Bar. Located at the Wyndham, this bar sits right on the shoreline, offering stunning views, excellent drinks, and amazing food. The options are endless for a relaxing stay!
