The backyard has a Webber grill, 2 high quality double chase loungers, UV-resistance umbrella, a separate area with a fire pit and chairs with complimentary firewood - perfect for relaxing. This dog-friendly house is converted from a full-time residence and includes a garage and all the amenities needed to feel at home. The neighborhood community has 2 heated pools, hot tubs, lighted pickleball and tennis courts, and is great for morning or evening walks. It is close to local highlights such as Crooked Tree Golf Course, Tohono Chul Park, and the Catalina Mountains.

Do not park on the street overnight
When outside temperatures are above 95 degrees. please set air conditioning above 70 degrees. Owner may override via NEST app.

This home has everything we needed; a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, garage, and fenced in area for our dog. The highlights were the comfy couches and the fire pit area. There are fruit trees on the property and we enjoyed a few lemons! It was a good location for us and we highly recommend this home and Alyssa as a host!

The home was very nicely appointed and became the center of relaxation on our recent visit to Tucson. We enjoyed chilling in the living room and the back yard. We also enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are close by and were clean and well maintained.

This property was just as pictured and described in the listing. Although we didn’t do very much cooking, the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was impeccably clean throughout the home. Having use of the garage was nice. We also used the new Solo fire stove worked great! The home was a great home away from home!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. I was surprised when I found a griddle among the appliances, because most places do not have one. The community has two pools. We only use the larger one which was very enjoyable during the heat wave that was occurring in Tucson.

This house is a lovely home to relax and unwind in. Everything you need is provided from kitchen supplies to comfy towels. The master bedroom has a great mattress and quality sheets and pillows. The backyard has great chaise lounge chairs and around the corner from the chairs is a firepit and wood provided. When I come back to Tucson I will stay here again. Alyssa, the owner is kind and very responsive. The area is great too. 10 mins from most shopping. Close to walking trails and Catalina state park is 15 mins away.I highly recommend this spot!
