Fox Creek Cottage
Fox Creek Cottage is a peaceful 2-bedroom retreat on Fox Point Lake run, a quiet channel off Fox Point Lake. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, electric fireplace, laundry, hot tub, outdoor dining, barbecue, firepit, and private dock (seasonal) with kayaks and paddle boards. Paddle the calm channel to the lake or relax and take in the views. A perfect blend of comfort and nature. This is a new cottage. The build was completed in May 2025. We welcomed our first guests on July 16, 2025!
Please note that the private dock is available seasonally, usually from May to October (weather dependent). Kayaks and paddleboards are available year-round, weather permitting. When the dock is not in place, you can still access the lake via a ramp to launch the watercrafts.
From June to September, we provide an inflatable dock on Fox Point Lake, located just at the end of Fox Point Lake Run. The dock is situated in front of our Lakeview Cottage and is shared between that property and your cottage. We kindly ask that you share the dock and be considerate of other guests using it.
At this location, while the cellular reception might not be optimal, we have you covered with our complimentary high-speed Bell Fibe 300 Wi-Fi.
There is no cable, however, you can use the various apps on the smart televisions and login to YOUR various accounts: Apple / Itunes, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Bell/Eastlink or other service provider online access, Youtube, Disney +. These are only available if YOU have an account. Don't forget to bring your usernames and passwords with you.
The hot tub is a salt-water hot tub from Arctic Spas and is for up to 4 people. Specific instructions relating to the hot tub are in the rental book available in the cottage.
We have security cameras outside to monitor the driveways, doors, & hot tub. We turn off the cameras after guests arrive except for the driveway. We reserve the right to access any of the cameras during a stay or rearm them if we suspect a guest is not following our house rules.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Check-out before 11am.
Log out of apps on Smart TV.
Turn off interior lights. Leave outside lights on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
