Welcome to The Getaway at The Carideon Complex! Linens, Towels, Toiletries included! Located in a fantastic central location just a couple blocks to the Beach, Boardwalk and Seaport Pier this one bedroom, one bathroom condo has been newly renovated and is ready to host your next getaway! Step into an open living room/ dining space and leads to a brand new gally kitchen. The full bathroom is off of the kitchen. Just past the kitchen is the bedroom which has two full beds. The complex is complete with a second floor rooftop deck and pool with seating and grill space. Unit comes with one parking space and a deck space with a seating area. $150.00 cleaning fee added to all rentals shorter than 7 days. $75.00 Processing Fee and $50.00 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee added to all rentals.

Beautiful unit, nicely renovated with all the convenience of home. It felt new, clean and comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily and very nice for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside area was well lit when coming home after dark. Short, 5 minute walk to the beach! Will definitely stay again!
