House was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood but someone was shooting off fireworks at 2am. Front and backyard were not mowed so we didn’t let dogs roam back there.

This little place was perfect!! It was in a quiet neighborhood & the fenced yard was perfect for our 2 dogs (and we have one escape artist.)I love the renovation of an old house! And this one left interesting originals like the doorknobs and the old doorbell speaker.But the best thing of all? The beds. Comfortable beds are the most important thing to me and these were so comfortable that I contacted the host for more info and bought one for myself!!If I had one complaint, it would be the a/c. At night it was no problem keeping the house nice and cool, but during the day it was a bit of a challenge. But also, it's Valdosta in the summer, which is the hottest place on Earth, so I didn't mention it to the host.

Pet friendly property, but pet deposit is not listed. Please add this to the reservation up front so renters know ahead of booking. Beds are high from the floor. Just FYI for those that are shorter stature. Fitted sheet is too small on King size bed, so it comes off with any slight movement.
