The space
This listing is Unit 4 of a charming 4-unit cottage.

When you pull into the small parking lot, the cottage will be on your left-hand side. Unit 4 is the end unit of the building—easy to find!

Please park in the parking space directly in front of Unit 4.

Look for the Unit 4 sign and the keypad entry lock.

The cottage features a kitchenette equipped with the essentials for preparing simple meals, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, and complimentary coffee for your convenience.

For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with a brand-new air conditioning unit. Additional fans, portable air conditioning units, and an air mattress are available upon request. Please let us know if you would like any of these items during your stay.

Cottage 4 features a new full-size pullout sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for extra guests. While the cottage can accommodate more than two guests, it is cozy in size and is best suited for one or two guests seeking a comfortable stay.

One well-behaved pet is welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please disclose pets at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Excessive hair, odors, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

This property is perfectly located for anyone with a student at Swarthmore college. It is easy walking distance to the campus, has access to SEPTA less than 5 minutes away, and is in the middle of the charming downtown area. There are also a variety of shops and restaurants immediately accessible on foot. The property was clean and the host replied immediately when we had a question. We will definitely book again!

Very close to the train and shops. Weather was extremely hot (100 degrees) but the small ac unit plus a portable evaporative cooler were able to keep the place very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to messages.
