About this property

This beautiful three bedroom furnished vacation rental in San Clemente is the perfect home away from home. It has a peaceful relaxing decor and a beautiful view overlooking a short game pitch-and-putt golf course with the ocean in sight. You will find relaxation comes easy in this condo.

On the upper level, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bathroom. The living room features a flat screen TV and a stone fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is dining space for 4 as well as additional seating at the kitchen island. Also attached to the living room is a spacious deck with plenty of comfortable seating and an outdoor BBQ . Enjoy your morning coffee while savoring the ocean breezes. or watch the sunset from the comfort of your own vacation space.

All of the bedrooms are on the lower level, where you will also find two patios that provide space for more outdoor dining , as well as access to the golf course and swimming pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom, and TV. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed and a desk while the third bedroom doubles as an office with a built in desk, bookcase, and TV with a trundle bed. Downstairs, there is also another full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

There is a two car garage with a washer and dryer as well. It also comes with 4 beach chairs, two boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrella and cooler for your beach enjoyment.

This property has ceiling fans and a nice ocean breeze for cooling. It does not have air conditioning.

It also features two community pools, a basketball area and plenty of shopping with a Trader Joes, Starbucks, Nektar Juice and Ralphs across within walking distance. There are several local beaches in San Clemente as well as the Dana Point Harbor located only 5-10 minutes away.

Whether you venture out or stay at home, you are sure to have a delightful stay in San Clemente.

What a FANTASTIC condo!!!

Don’t miss this rare find! It was absolutely perfect for our family. Condos clean and adorable. There’s nothing this owner missed. She has a special touch for decorating a home that feels warm and relaxing. Every bedroom was located on the lower level which allows for privacy away from the kitchen and living room. Sitting on the quiet patio that over looks a golf course and ocean in the distance was our favorite thing to do after a fun day in the sun at the beach. Location was great as well. Close to Trader Joe’s and several other stores including the SC Outlets. San Clemente is the perfect quiet beach city. Just enough crowds but not overwhelming like Huntington Beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great Location

This just could not get any better. We had a wonderful time everything was there and it’s just the finest vacation house we have rented. The location was fabulous. The Interior was stunning and comfortable and the host were great to work with. We will definitely return.

Relaxing San Clemente Condo

Great, homey getaway to experience beautiful San Clemente. Shopping Center down the street has everything you need too. Can see the ocean from the balcony and is situated right on a small golf course. Very relaxing.

The property is quiet, relaxing and has a light and airy open feeling as it looks out onto the greens and ocean in the distance. It is a great location, easily accessible to both Orange County and San Diego. It is also close to the Dana Point Harbor and Outlet malls. There is a Starbucks walking distance across the street as well as Rubio's, The Habit Burger, and Trader Joes.
