This spacious condo is two blocks from beach access and just a couple of doors down from Casino San Clemente. Whether you're here for a wedding at the casino or the Ole Hanson Beach Club or to enjoy the dreamy Pacific waters, this North Beach condo is the perfect place to enjoy your stay! With three bedrooms, two balconies, and 2,300 square feet, this condo has plenty of space to spread out and relax! You'll have air conditioning and central heat to keep you comfortable no matter the season! The living area includes a cozy fireplace and a TV with cable. Relax and catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy the ambiance of a fire in the hearth while reading a good novel. The living room has sliding doors that lead to a spacious balcony which includes its own outdoor living and dining space. Soak up the sun and savor the fresh coastal air!

Walk over to Urban Bicycle Outfitters to rent a nice beach cruiser for flat, leisurely rides along The Beach Trail and Dana Point trail. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Grab a bite to eat from one of the many nearby restaurants like Iva Lee's Restaurant & Lounge (dine-in, no-contact delivery, curbside pickup) or Village Mediterranean Rim (dine-in, no-contact delivery, takeout).

Great getaway

Decent, lots of work needed, not great for little kids
Our stay was ok. The kitchen was pretty bare, we had to make do with a lot of things. (No scissors, dull knives, no kids sized utensils, some rusted pans). The house seemed pretty clean at first glance, but after we started eating we noticed a lot of the cups had sand in them... The dishwasher by the way doesn't break up the dishwasher pods. We had to crush those by hand so that it would work. The large bumpy edged plates (which is what they have most of) don't fit in the dishwasher. We did a lot of hand washing. The battery to the lock on the front door is dying, and we found the replacement battery, but they did not leave a screwdriver for us to use to replace it. Other things that need to be fixed asap: the stones by the fireplace are all loose, the vacuum is in serious need of repair or replacement, the one broom in the house is bent and falling apart, and the water filter in the fridge needs to be changed. The red light was on for our entire stay. Felt super weird about drinking that water, but we had no other options. Oh, and the outlet in the master bathroom stopped working randomly. The beds were ok. The upstairs room is nice and big though, we had twins sleeping in pack n plays and there was plenty of floor space for them. The balconies are fun, but the furniture is old and stained. Also, this close to the ocean I thought we would head it more, but the city is too loud. Furniture all needs to be attached to the wall! Especially the tall dresser. Hazzard.

Great Location !
If you like the slow ( middle/older age ) life this is perfect. Nice walks along the shoreline, the dining experiences near by are great, parking is super easy, there is more I am forgetting, however be aware the staircase is quite long but easy.

Family vacation
Stayed for 7 nights, two adult children and their spouses. Pros: Very Clean, great bed linens, extra towels etc, one block from the beach, has some small restaurants around the area, at the start of beach walking trail, one mile to the pier. Cons: Very old and worn kitchen skillets, no lids, would be great to have better cooking vessels to make eggs/omelet etc for breakfast, no electric kettle. There were beach towels, but no chairs or any beach toys, would be nice to have for out-of-town guests. Lots of steps but we knew that going in. Need to have better instructions on how to open and close the front door, we learned it after many trials.
