4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 bedroom and full bath on 1st level, easily sleeps 8 people. full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, AC, Wifi, cable, flat screen tv, etc. BBQ - Handicap access to the beach at end of block and crabbing across the street at the bay. This home has all the amenities for that luxurious shore living experience and is spotless!! Short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and all area attractions. Includes 6 beach badges. $500 security deposit. small dog allowed. No groups, no smoking. Fireworks Wednesday night, Kite night weekly, bike rental, boardwalk and so much more. Only thing you need to bring are sheets and towels.

The house was great, just a few problems. The place was not cleaned good. We found an empty soda can on the glass shelf next to the front door, and another in one of the draws in the kitchen. The toilet seat in upstairs bathroom was broke my young grand son almost fell on the floor.I called Maureen to send someone to fix it. She was great and came at once. there were some minor problems . The ac was not working up stairs very well, was warm, so put over head fan on and that was making squeaking noise, hubby could not sleep .so after an hour turned off fan Not a good night. Also only 3 stations on upstairs TV. The TV down stairs had plug hanging out of wall and no cable. The small bathroom down stairs had a seat in the shower, when you lifted it up to make more room. the wood seat was a mess, molded from water underneath, Bathroom shower upstairs, had one of those metal and rusted. The kitchen garbage can lid was broke, and all around the inside of lid was left dirty. Also where the ice maker in refrigerator had mold and under neath the ice catcher was hair. Gross. I cleaned it all. Also there was way too many nice decorations, and blue glass dishes. I moved them to prevent them being broken by my grandson. tried to place all back in there proper place, but guess I missed a few. The place was left in much better condition then when we arrived. We fixed the squeak in Fan. vacuumed, and cleaned before we left. The owner called the real estate woman, Maureen saying we left the place a mess, and things were missing. The only thing missing was a bowl of shells, and we put that away in the laundry room so grand son would not break, I forgot to put back in proper place, And finally told Maureen, we left sheets, I did, because i had bring sheets for king bed in master , Bran new sheets as I do not have a king bed. Thought perhaps cleaning could take and use. All in All vacation was great, owner not so nice, my suggestion to her is check on the people she has cleaning for her, Get rid of all the beautiful blue glass, and other decorations. And if she wants to keep that beautiful round glass table, make sure it can't move or fall off the foundation. Very dangerous. Finally if she doesn't want small children there , then do not rent to family's with children. Thank you to Maureen for all your help, I appreciate all you did for me and my family. You made the renting process easy. You are the best.

We had a nice time :)

The house was great. It was clean and the set up worked well with our family. We loved that we were so close to the beach, shopping, the bakery, 5th Avenue pier, and the ice cream place. We would definitely rent the house again.

Perfect family home! Beach block and away from the crowds yet close enough to jump in your car or Uber a ride to Seaside or Point Pleasant Boardwalk. Enjoy the beach or crab at the bay, resturants, bars, shops. Day trip to Atlantic City or a short drive to the Jersey Shore Outlets or Antiquing in Point Pleasant.
