Wonderful price! Great location! HUGE! You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but close to everything in the city. Definitely a retreat location.

The stay was beautiful. Descriptions stated were meet in person. When contacting the host about issues they were very quick to respond even late at night and they worked with us to try and problem solve the issue we did have. We noticed that on the first floor certain areas were sandy on the floor when you walked barefoot but other than that my party and I enjoyed our stay. We even saw some wildlife on the property that the kids loved and were fascinated about it!

This venue was great for 25 of us ranging from kids to teen-agers to adults of all ages. A few things need attention. The Keurig didn’t work well and the movie theater projector had problems. With more attention to details like this, I’d rate the place higher. The pool was nice and big, as was the outdoor hot tub. We didn’t use the indoor one but it looked spacious. The property is very accommodating for young children and family pets. You can kayak on a river in the back but it is not too long and doesn’t connect to other waterways. The bedrooms were comfortable but in some cases you need to go through one to get to the next..Overall we had a fun stay at this property!

WOW. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. I don’t even know where to begin haha. If you’re looking for something that’s perfect for big groups, multi-family vacations, reunions, this place is everything you could dream of and more.The backyard is insane; heated private pool, 2 hot tubs, with real beach sand vibe, and sun loungers. Outdoor fireplaces and patio dining became our evening ritual. We stayed here with a large group and immediately felt like we had our own private resort. There is so much space that it never once felt crowded. Mornings started with coffee overlooking the river, just sitting outside talking and enjoying how peaceful it was. Even though you’re close to everything, the property is completely private.The kitchens were extremely well stocked. We cooked big group meals, late-night snacks, and full breakfasts without missing a thing. Having multiple kitchens made it easy and never stressful. The bedrooms were comfortable and spread out so everyone had their own space when needed. By the end of the stay, we were already talking about coming back. This place is clearly designed for groups and does it incredibly well.We’re already talking about when we can come back and I can’t recommend this property enough. Absolutely 5 stars, a once-in-a-lifetime stay that still has us smiling.
