Welcome to this private studio in Fort Myers. This charming space features an upstairs loft with 1 cozy queen bed and full bathroom. Offers efficiency appliances (not full size kitchen appliances) an in unit AC control to keep you comfortable, this retreat is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Backyard pool and grill area is a shared space with 2 other units but honestly does not get used very often. Pool stays around mid 70s year round. We'll be available to answer any questions prior and during your stay to make it the most enjoyable experience!

The property was having a renovation done while also being rented out. There was scaffolding all around the exterior and materials laying everywhere. Could not even park in the driveway. Ended up not staying there and had to go get a hotel. I am all for improvements, but feel property should not have been rented out while renovations are getting done.
