STEP INSIDE

ENTRYWAY
Drop your gear, kick off your boots, and breathe. The exterior ski lockers keep your equipment safe, while the boot and glove warmers wait to welcome you back from the slopes. Hooks, shelves, and a spacious coat closet mean everything has its place — no clutter, no chaos, just ease.

LIVING ROOM
Settle into the living room, where the wood-burning stove adds a steady glow and the kind of warmth that pulls everyone closer. The modern, modular couch is made for gathering — talking, laughing, or just watching the fire. Wide windows frame the mountains in soft light, so even quiet moments feel full.

MEDIA ROOM
When the day winds down, slip into the media room — the heart of movie night. Sink into the enormous oversized sectional (big enough for everyone to pile in together) and cue up a film on the 100" smart TV. Whether it’s a classic ski movie, a kids’ favorite, or that show you’ve all been meaning to start, this is where nights stretch long and easy.

KITCHEN + DINING
This is the heart of the house — a chef’s kitchen fitted with high-end Fisher & Paykel appliances (including a 5-burner stove and dual-zone wine cooler) and all the small touches that make cooking feel effortless: air fryer, mixer, crockpot, blender, and a full spice and coffee station.
The long dining table seats eight, with five more at the breakfast bar — plenty of room for slow breakfasts or big family dinners. Slide open the doors and let the sound of the river drift in as you eat.

OUTDOORS
Step onto the terrace and take in sweeping views of Hunter Mountain and the river below. A dining table for eight, a cozy sofa set with a gas firepit, and a Blackstone grill make outdoor meals easy. Down the terrace steps, the creekside hot tub waits — warm, bubbling, and framed by trees. It’s the perfect end to a day on the slopes or trails.
Please note: the river embankment is steep — children must be supervised while playing outdoors.

REST + RESTORE

PRIMARY SUITE
A king bed dressed in plush linens, a smart TV, and those same river views. Dual closets keep things tidy, while a sound machine and charging stations add quiet convenience.
The en suite bath feels like a private spa — dual vanities, a heated bidet toilet, a steam shower, an oversized soaking tub with mountain views, and a custom cedar sauna. Every detail is thought of, right down to the warmth of the floors beneath your feet.

SECOND BEDROOM
A king bed plus a cozy daybed for little ones who like to stay close. Big closet, luggage racks, and a smart TV for winding down at day’s end.

THIRD BEDROOM
Another king, more plush linens, and a small workspace — perfect for sneaking in a few emails between adventures.

SECOND BATHROOM
Shared by the second and third bedrooms, this bath features heated tile floors and a spacious glass shower.

FOURTH BEDROOM (Upstairs)
An entire floor just for play — four twin beds with trundles, vintage arcade games, a sensory swing, and wall-sized Connect Four. The kids’ laughter drifts down the stairs while adults relax below. There’s even an en suite bath with a stand-up shower for their own little retreat.

EVERY DETAIL, THOUGHT OF
From hot tub towels to kitchen spices, coffee to creamers and teas, every detail has been anticipated so you can simply arrive, unpack, and start making memories. Linens, toiletries, and essentials are all included — because your only job here is to relax, explore, and reconnect.

Security cameras that record audio and video are installed above the garage with a view of the driveway. This camera is utilized solely for insurance and safety purposes and are not monitored unless a safety concern or neighbor complaint arises.
Parties are not permitted, per booking agent regulations.
A starter supply of paper towels (2), toilet paper (2 per bathroom), laundry pods and dishwasher pods will be provided.
Two dogs max and pet fee applies
Wooded areas are homes to critters such as but not limited to deer, bear, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and insects. We are contracted with a pest control company with scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the cabin. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund.
Bear warning! Please DO NOT leave food outside of the home and all trash MUST be secured and bagged in the garage trash bin. Please do not leave food in your vehicles as bears have been known to break glass and open doors to seek out food.
Please do not wear wet boots in the home; leave your wet boots and shoes in the mudroom.
Hot-tub rules are covered in an email to booked guests and posted outside of the hot tub.
We highly recommend AWD in the winter months.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $48 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account, it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
