Modern beach house with bright interiors and high end appliances

Modern beach house with bright white interiors and fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. Additional cottage on the property offers plenty of privacy for an extended family or multiple groups. Swimming pool and hot tub/spa are new for summer 2019 and surrounded by beautiful stonework. The pool is located behind the house and in front of the guest cottage. The hot tub/spa is 8x8.
First Floor: Formal dining room, play room, office, wet bar, kitchen and living area. French doors open to the hammock pergola, beautiful yard with outdoor shower. Access to the back yard and stone path to the cottage/studio.
Second Floor: Large master bedroom with walk-in closet. Master bathroom with step-in shower, double sink vanity and heated tile floor. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Laundry is in the hall bathroom with washer and dryer.
Third Floor: Loft office/studio space.
Pool Waiver.
Please note: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation. Even if your booking request is accepted through VRBO, it is not fully confirmed until the rental agreement has been reviewed and signed. Instructions to complete the agreement will be provided immediately after booking.
The edge of Town draws an arc that starts from Prospect Street by the Old Mill and sweeps west and north, ending right behind Cliff Road. The area has quickly built up since 2010, and is defined by accessible luxury. Sitting just outside the Old Historic District, the Edge of Town offers some of the closest homes to Town with pools, as well as many newly constructed residences with modern amenities.
